Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mother Publication

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant downloadable PDFs and electronic reference materials), all sales on Mother Publication (motherpublication.co.in) are generally final.

When is a Refund or Free Replacement Provided?

1. Wrong File Received: If you accidentally receive a subject PDF different from what you ordered, we will send the correct subject PDF free of charge immediately.
2. Corrupt or Damaged PDF: If the downloaded file is corrupted or unreadable and our support team cannot provide a working copy within 24 hours.
3. Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway failure, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• If you purchased the wrong subject code or wrong medium by mistake after downloading the file.
• Change of mind after PDF download.
