At Mother Publication (operated under Kamboj Photostat, Fatehabad), we offer both Digital Products (Downloadable PDFs) and Physical Products (Handwritten Hardcopies & Printed Guides).

  1. Digital Product Delivery (Solved Assignment PDFs & Scans):
  • Delivery Method: Instant Electronic Download.
  • Delivery Time: Immediately after successful payment, a download link will be generated on your screen. A copy of the download link will also be sent to your registered Email address and WhatsApp number within 5 to 15 minutes.
  • Shipping Charges: ₹0 (Free Instant Digital Delivery).
  1. Physical Product Delivery (Handwritten Hardcopies & Postal Orders):
    For students who order handwritten hardcopies or printed study guides delivered to their home address:
  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (required for writing, quality checking, and packaging your assignment).
  • Shipping Partners: Indian Speed Post / Registered Post / Express Private Couriers.
  • Estimated Delivery Time Across India: 3 to 7 working days depending on your delivery PIN code/location.
  • Tracking Number: As soon as your order is dispatched from our Fatehabad center, a Tracking ID (Consignment Number) will be shared with you on WhatsApp so you can track your parcel live.
  1. Shipping Charges for Physical Orders:
  • Shipping fees for physical hardcopies are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination address.
  1. Non-Delivery or Delayed Postal Delivery:
    If your parcel is delayed due to postal holidays, wrong address, or unserviceable PIN code, please contact us with your Order Number and Tracking ID:
