3 वर्ष के बच्चे के लिए एक संतुलित दिन का भोजन मेनू तैयार कीजिए। इसमें बताइए कि बच्चा नाश्ते, मध्य-सुबह, दोपहर के भोजन, मध्य-दोपहर और रात के भोजन में क्या खाएगा। प्रत्येक समय दिए गए भोजन से बच्चे को मिलने वाले पोषक तत्वों का भी उल्लेख कीजिए।

20 Marks

दोनों Practical Exercises करना उपयोगी रहेगा। इसके बाद जिस exercise को आपने बेहतर तरीके से पूरा किया है, उसे evaluation के लिए submit किया जा सकता है।
Practical Manual में प्रत्येक exercise के अलग-अलग components के marks दिए गए हैं। यदि किसी exercise के कुल marks 20 से अधिक हैं, तो evaluator उसके marks को 20 में convert करेगा।
